This a great Fridge for a couple. Plenty of room in both the freezer and fridge. If I had one complaint it would be the ice dispenser could be a little more accurate, no matter how close you hold your glass an ice cube or two hits the floor.

I'm not certain my refrigerator was installed correctly. There are time when I have to put all my weight into getting the doors open. And the blue plastic coating stuff is hard to remove.

We bought this to match the other appliances in our home. We really like the looks of it and the ice and water in the door. It has ample room inside. The only down side is it seems to run constantly and loudly. When you open the door, it stops, but the minute you close the door again, it runs loudly.

I did not get to pick this purchase, my warranty company did. Maybe my thoughts will help you decide if you would like this product. Here is what I like and what I don't love:Likes-the black looks better than I thought, you can see reflections - it has that shiny surface-love the door open and power outage features, there will be red warning that appears above the ice maker and it will beep (this would be annoying if it woke you up with a power outage but I haven't had that problem)-the status of the air filter and water filter is easy to see on the side of the inside of the door-you can turn the ice maker on and off with a buttonDon't love:-there are only two bottom drawers in the fridge side. my last Frigidaire had three, including a deli drawer. I miss that - and think another drawer is necessary. I had to get creative about where to put my meats, fruits, vegetables, and dairy. It seems no matter how you arrange it you could be stuck with a really tall shelf, this could lead to wasted space. -it is very difficult to adjust the shelves and you will be stuck with one shelf that has the heigh of a soda can, this limitation is annoying-the appliance is noisy, you can always hear it humming and working. I have gotten used to it, but it is louder than my last one and louder than I would expect a new one to be. It is always running-there were several dents inside of my fridge and freezer, I just let it be since I had already been without an appliance for over three weeks but that was disappointing-I lost some cubic space and have smaller capacity in this appliance -I don't like the extra responsibility of having an air filter, I'd rather not have two filters to replace. I know some may appreciate an air filter -the air and water filter (especially the water one) take up too much space on the top. this limits any tall drinks like milk or juice you may want to put up there-there are grooves that stick out on the last shelf, it doesn't seem like i can move a shelf there so I am stuck with grooves sticking out and get in the way of the items and food I try to put there. that is annoying

Mostly all good. Could have used a few more door shelves.Fridge came wrapped in so much plastic that we are still removing pieces from behind water and ice sections and from in between the rubber door insulations.Really was all that necessary?

It works even better than expected. I would definitely recommend this refrigerator to anyone. The air filter and water filter keep everything smelling and tasting fresh. No more buying bottled water! Very pleased with this purchase!

As a whole, I am satisfied with this refrigerator, BUT.... the water dispenser does not dispense cold water; it is lukewarm!!! VERY disappointed with that aspect, as I do not like ice in my water to cool it down (I've even turned the ice maker off)!!! I still believe the refrigerator will suit my needs well, but cold water from the dispenser is a MUST HAVE here in the central Texas heat.

Horrible!!! High temp alarm came on within 2 weeks; received in October 2022 and has not worked right until this week, 5/10/23. Your Customer service only speaks on "script." I've lost food & work time. I want compensation! There have been 9 calls to your horrid customer Service center and they all speak off a script. How dare you treat a paying customer this way. 3 Electrolux Service techs scheduled (2/3 showed up) and 4 techs referred to me by your customer Service and he was the only one who helped.HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've had my fridge since January, it works fine. It's not loud (as I've heard others say), love the size of the ice and it looks really nice! Couple of areas of concern, to clean the front you have to be very careful. I used a soft handtowel and it left fine scratches. I used a small microfiber lense cleaner to get them out. You can still see them, but much better. I found a fluffy, microfiber towel at the Dollar Tree and it works well to buff and shine. Also, to get the shelves in/out to clean is a hassle, just know if you push them in and not correctly in place, you dent the plastic glides that are affixed in the fridge. So, it's cheaply made in some areas and you have to be VERY careful in handling. I had a Kenmore which was well built and sturdy, I guess those days are over (that's why the 4 and not 5 star). It's good overall and the most important thing is keeping food cool/frozen, which it does fine.

I was on the fence about a side by side refrigerator after being used to a 4 door French door. But, I have been surprisingly happy with it! It holds much more than I thought it would. And I love the size of the ice cubes. The water filter does an amazing job, no floaties. My only complaint is its a bit louder than I would like but not enough to be a deal breaker. Overall, very pleased with my purchase.

The freezer door refuses to stay shut. The pressure from closing the refrigerator door causes the freezer door to open causing condensation which jeopardizes the frozen food. That happens all the time and I don't slam the refrigerator door.

Purchased a new side-by-side refrigerator first week of January at Lowe™™s department store. Then on the door of which they compensated me for. Found later that the refrigerator side would not get cold enough for my food™¦.put on the coldest temperature but caused harm to parts inside the freezer. Waiting on another service to fix the problem.

I got the Frigidaire side by side to replace the one I had for almost 20 years. I got the black one to match our kitchen appliances. If the previous one lasted that long why change? I like the side freezer because with these shelves you can see exactly what you have. I can™™t live without the ice and filtered water. The fridge has door shelves and glass shelves. I like the 2 bottom draws for fruits and veggies. Only thing I wish they kept the deli draw from the last model. Besides that it™™s perfect for our family and our kitchen.

Much quieter than my 5 year old Wirlpool except when ice maker is making ice. Also, ice ends up on the floor which I believe could be fixed with a change to the delivery shoot in the door or by making the dispenser a D-shape opening. Otherwise it seems to be a good product.
